• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags.

• Custom or personalized items (special patches, embroidery, limited edition drops) are final sale unless defective.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.

• Free Shipping: Orders $115 and up qualify for FREE shipping. No code needed — discount applies automatically at checkout.

• Processing Time: All items are made-to-order by our supplier. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships to us. Once received, we ship within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after we ship from our shop, depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed when your order is on the way.

• Total Fulfillment Timeline: From order date to delivery, please expect 2–3 weeks on most orders.
