📘 Booking Policy Walker & Co. Enterprises Cutting Grass, Not Corners ✅ Booking Guidelines: All services must be booked in advance via our website or by phone/text at 601-575-9191. Clients are responsible for selecting dates and times that work with their schedule. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed online and are accepted based on availability only. Call us at 601-575-9191 to check availability! 💵 Payment & Refund Policy: All payments are final. Once service has been scheduled and paid for, no refunds will be issued. Your payment confirms your appointment and reserves time on our route. We do not offer partial refunds for unused package sessions, no-shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. 🛠 Service Guarantee & Support: If you experience any issues with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. A supervisor will come out personally to inspect the concern and ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Our goal is always a clean, even cut and a happy customer. 🌧 Weather & Rescheduling: If inclement weather prevents service, we will reschedule within 3 business days. Clients may reschedule appointments with 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations will count as a completed session. 🚫 Access & Property Conditions: Lawns must be accessible during scheduled appointments.
